Tintagel Court is a highly desirable luxury and contemporary ground floor apartment in the prestigious area of Greenhill, with direct sea access through its own private garden. 

The property boasts stunning sea views across the bay towards the Purbeck Hills and the Isle of Portland.  Weymouth will be hosting the 2012 Olympic sailing events, so it has become a popular trial venue for sailing enthusiasts from all over the world. 

Tintagel Court is sited adjacent to the Greenhill Bowling Club green, which is available for use by the public, as well as 4 tennis courts and a putting green.  A short burst of exercise on anyone of these activities can be rounded off with refreshments in the quaint little Greenhill Café, which boasts homemade cakes and lovely cream teas. 

A little further East from Tintagel Court, a five minute walk, is the Sea Life Centre, which provides a host of entertainment to the younger generation and is conveniently situated next to The Lodmoor Pub and Restaurant, where you can find a Charlie Chalk play area.  Located on this site is also the Sea Life Centre, Pirate Crazy Golf Course, The Cresta Multi-slide run and the Go-Kart Rink. 

Less than 10 minutes level walk away from Tintagel Court is the soft sandy beach of Weymouth Town, which offers pedelos, kayaks, donkey rides, Punch & Judy Show, and many other attractions and amusements.  The sandy beach shelves very gently for many, many metres making it extremely safe for all ages.  There is direct access from the beach to Weymouth Town Centre, where you will find the usual array of high street shops along with lots of different takeaways, restaurants, pubs, a nine screen cinema and ten pin bowling alley.

A brisk 15 minutes level walk will take you directly to the bustling harbour side area of Weymouth, which is littered with many working fishing boats and visiting sailing vessels.  The  fashionable Brewers Quay area on the North side of the quay offers gourmet fish restaurants, quaint, little tea rooms and fashionable Dickensian style shops. Sea cruises and fishing trips can be arranged from the quay along with, for the more adventurous, a day trip to Guernsey or Jersey on the Condor Ferry.

The accommodation at Tintagel Court is all located on the ground floor.  A spacious open plan lounge with flat screen, wall mounted, television screen incorporating all Freeview channels.  Also available are a CD and DVD player.  A large dining room table and chairs sits in the low level bay window, providing dinners with stunning views of the Purbeck Hills and The Isle of Portland.  The Kitchen, with up to the moment Miele appliances, has an Induction Hob, wine fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, combination oven and double fan oven, all in contemporary modern style.

The Main bedroom has stunning views to Purbeck Hills and the Isle of Portland.  A Large designer wardrobe provides plenty of hanging space and incorporates a drawer storage system.  A King Size bed with Tempura mattress is dressed with white bed linen, and has the added luxury of a further flat screen television, which is also connected to the main house Freeview system.  This large and comfortable bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with double ended stand alone bath, double headed walk in shower, double basins and toilet.  A large heated towel rail provides warm towels all year round. Enjoy a lovely bubble bath with soft mood lighting whilst watching your favourite movie on the Aquavision TV.

The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be also combined to make a further double room. There are a set of large storage cupboards for clothing cases and bags, as well as a desk/dressing table with chair.  This bedroom has it own ensuite shower room, with a large walk in shower cubicle, washing basin and toilet.  A heated towel rail again provides a facility for warm towels all year round. 

The property has a separate cloakroom in the entrance hall, which can be used as an alternative facility, or for day visitors.  A large well kept garden is accessed via the Day Room.  The Day Room is fitted with a day bed/sofa which is a relaxing quiet area, with stunning views of the sea.  From the garden down a few steps the property enjoys direct access to the beach.  The property has a heavy iron gate between it and the beach, which can be locked if required.  Outside there is a patio table and chairs, with parasol, as well as a wheeled BBQ for the long summer evenings. 

Parking is available for 2 cars on the tarmac forecourt at the front of the property.  Tintagel Court is superbly located for access to all the amenities within Weymouth, and is also a stones throw away from the popular windsurfing area of Bowleaze Coveway.
